Before you book a table, here is what the press has written about Boga and who is behind the kitchen.
The chef
Iker trained in pintxos and miniature cooking before opening Boga with Eli. He reached the final of the Campeonato de Pintxos de Euskal Herria 2023 with "Todo al rojo", a red prawn macaron, and made the final again at the Campeonato de Pintxos de Bizkaia 2024 with "Falso erizo de mar". He also won an Idiazábal cheese competition in Bilbao. During his years at Víctor Montes, the bar was named one of the Tres Eguzkilores, among the 25 best pintxo bars in Euskal Herria.
